High Five Plains Foundation Scholarships

A minimum of one $250.00 scholarship will be awarded to a high school senior from the I-70 corridor communities of Watkins, Bennett, Strasburg, Byers, Deer Trail and Agate, and outlying areas.

This scholarship shall be for the purpose of continuing education at either a college or a vocational/technical school.

High Five Plains Foundation Scholarship Grant Application

Scholarship requests must follow this grant application format. Please type your application, answering the questions and including the information requested below. Applications must be postmarked by March 31, 2011.

Please answer the following questions as part of the application:

What are your future plans and goals?
How would you improve youth involvement/volunteering in our communities?
What has your community involvement been for the duration of your high school years?

Include the following information with your application:

Please document 20 hours of community service during your high school years.
Please provide a letter of reference from a person to whom you have reported, or an organization for whom you have worked.
