5K Walk/Run Race - Online Registration

Complete the form below to register for the 2010 5K Walk/Run Race. The Race is scheduled for August 15.

NOTE: You must be over 18 years old to register yourself for the race - if you are under 18 years old, a parent or adult guardian must register for you.

• You must complete all fields in the form, including the Release and online Signature.
• After completing the registration form, a confirmation will be sent to you by email.
• You can pay your entry fee online through PayPal (a PayPal account is not required), or you can print the email and send it with your check or money order to:
