High Five Plains Foundation

OUR MISSION:

The High Five Plains Foundation will generate and distribute resources to the High Five Plains Healthy Communities Initiative for programs and projects that can materialize our vision and will enhance the quality of life within the I-70 Corridor communities (Watkins, Bennett, Strasburg, Byers, Deer Trail and Agate).

OUR VISION:

The vision is to integrate our rural heritage into communities committed to providing total health and enhancing the quality of life while accommodating the cultural diversity of all citizens that share the vision.

The purpose of the foundation is to generate resources to support programs and projects committed to the High Five Plains Foundation for 2015. The Foundation will supplement assist and aid the communities in their pursuit of excellence through the funding of programs identified by residents and community advisory groups.

We are a non-profit public corporation operating independently under it’s own board directors.

The High Five Plains Foundation is a member of the I-70 Corridor Chamber of Commerce.
